Crazy how some nights in the gym are. Totally thought today would be packed being a Tuesday but came to the gym tonight and it was completely dead lol! A few ppl on cardio equipment and a few ppl lifting. I was basically in the free weight section by myself it was awesome! Guess this cold and drizzling weather had somethin to do with it. Owell didn’t bother me I love it. Got to be totally in the zone, jam out my my music more lol, and just have a kick ass lifting session. Really hope it’s the same tomorrow since I’ll most likely have to have a super long session to make up for Thursday not being able to go. Traditionally, chest is trained with triceps and back with biceps because they are complimentary muscle groups. I like to switch it up and train biceps with chest and triceps with back. This ensures both secondary muscles are fresh and adept to lift heavy. It’s hard to train them when they are already indirectly being used with they primary muscle group. Stop looking for the easy way out. You messed up, you at terrible for years, didn’t workout, drink outrageous amounts of alcohol but come to a trainer and expect he or she to reverse that in 30 days. 🛑 Stop with the madness. I planned for working sets at 375lbs which is supposed to be 85% of my training max but I told myself fuck the plan and fuck the numbers! GET AFTER IT!!! Ended up hitting 2x4 working sets @ 405lbs (Even the clips didn't survive) 😁💪... Sometimes you have to defy that voice in your head limiting what you are truly capable of. Less than a year ago I could barely do 1 rep and today I smashed 9 reps like it was nothing. Keep working and pushing your limits, defy even yourself if you must🔥 #BecomeLimitless

When tracking your macros, everyone reaches a point where at the end of the day, they realize they have completely covered their carbs and fats for the day, but still have a good amount of the protein macro left to fill in. While there are more, these are 6 foods that I go to when I have leftover protein to fill in by the end of the day. All of these foods are almost completely protein dominant, and can be helpful when trying to fill in the gap. ..... Remember, if you have leftover protein at the end of the day and don’t want to eat any of these protein dominant foods, that’s okay! You can always carry the extra protein macros over and try to complete them by the end of the week. Your daily macros don’t have to be perfect. You can always try to add them in later as well. Does the ability to do a shit tonne of push ups still alude you? . . Sometimes it's not as easy going from push ups on knees to push ups on toes . There are some steps involved. To build up to full push ups there are many ways, but this is one way I have found quite helpful . do each progression until you can do3 sets of 10 reps and then start the next . . Each one is destined to overload your upper body and core in a similar way to doing full pushups . . Decrease the size of the object until you reach the floor . . Give something of value to your parents or a friend you trust, and tell them to not give it back to you’ve reached and achieved your goal. Bulk season progress pic after crushing today’s glorious Chest Day session. Definitely seeing growth in my size overall while maintaining my shreds which can be difficult. Flashing back to when I could’ve died under the bench on Saturday (literally, no joke) when the barbell slipped out of my hands & 225 pounds crashed on top of me, I’m grateful God blessed me with a strong core because it saved my life & saved me from sustaining any internal injury.
