Bicep BURN OUT 🔥🔥🔥 Start at a weight that’s heavy for you and work your way up.. do 10 reps for each weight( BACK TO BACK! No breaks in between)and when you get to 5 pounds do 25!!! This is gonna actually make your biceps feel like they’re on fire (as you can see I was blowing on mine) 😭😭

We have all summoned the motivation to go about achieving a goal; wanting desperately to prove someone wrong. That person that said you can't. 'I'll show you' you say. I know I have. -
But as my goals have developed so has the source of my drive - I have found that when you have the unwavering support of people you truly care about. When they have a definitive vision for you and what you can do - one that often exceeds your own. It far overshadows anything you can pull from the views of a naysayer. An irrelevant. -
So next time you find yourself looking for motivation, looking for that extra kick. Don't even consider the people who don't know, who don't matter, who don't understand what you have. Take all that you need by fulfilling the immeasurable standards that those closest to you know you are capable of. Prove them right. I promise you - you'll get what you need.
