Este ejercicio en particular me tocaba hacerlo con el #armblaster pero lamentablemente en ese momento no contaba con el soporte por lo cual improvise en el banco de predicador y lo hice al contrario. Se puede decir que estoy haciendo curl 21 con barra, en esa posición. Rutina: Pecho+Bíceps #pecho : #chest 1-Press Inclinado con barra. 4x21 reps Comenzamos con el peso que se supone sera el mas liviano. Hacemos 7 repeticiones, aumentamos peso, 7 repeticiones, aumentamos peso, 7 repeticiones. En la segunda serie la vamos a comenzar con ese mismo peso que terminamos, hacemos 7 repeticiones, bajamos peso, 7 repeticiones, bajamos peso, 7repeticiones bajamos peso. Y así sucesivamente hasta llegar a la cuarta serie alternándolo de esta forma. 2-Press en banco plano. 4×21 reps Realizamos el mismo procedimiento que en el ejercicio anterior. 3- Elevación de disco al nivel del pecho en banco plano.(realizamos el mismo procedimiento, aumentando peso y luego bajando peso, alternando) 4×21reps #biceps : 1-Curl de Bíceps con mancuerna y agarre abierto en banco inclinado. 4×21 reps Este ejercicio lo vamos a hacer similar al procedimiento de pecho, pero en este caso, siempre vamos a empezar desde el mas pesado hasta el mas liviano, 3 pesos distintos. (7+7+7 desde el mas pesado hasta el mas liviano) 2-Curl de bíceps con mancuerna y agarre tipo martillo. Mismo procedimiento que el ejercicio anterior.(7+7+7 desde el mas pesado hasta el mas liviano) 4×21 3-Curl de bíceps con barra (se debe utilizar el #armblaster , pero como en este caso no había disponibilidad del soporte, improvise hacerlo como se muestra en el vídeo. 4×21 reps Realizamos el mismo procedimiento que los dos últimos ejercicios. (7+7+7 desde el mas pesado hasta e! mas liviano.
