Going back to the standard pre-announcement, but really changing this one up. For starters, the tantanmen and truffle mushroom are off the menu. Instead, we’ll be debuting two new bowls: a Spicy Mole Shoyu, and a Chicken Paitan. The former, a blend of Mexican trinities, spice, warmth, and comfort; we sold it in NYC and it was quite popular. The latter, tonkotsu’s cousin, is a creamy, rich chicken soup. Kinda like Tonkotsu’s cousin.
Limited to 60 seats or so. Should be fun!
