One of the things I love most about making my own “take out” meals at home is simply that I know exactly what’s in it. (Not that I’m not a fan of take away, there are nights when I just don’t feel like cooking, gosh darn it!) But with being gluten-free, I have to be careful with what I eat and by making my own food, I can focus less on what’s in it and more on getting in me!
