Salmon marinated in soy-ginger served with romaine hearts, avocado, cucumber, red onion and tomato topped with tortilla strips and house-made honey-poblano salsa vinaigrette
Peppered grilled chicken with cheddar-jack cheese and black bean and corn salsa, wrapped in a flour tortilla and flash fried. Served with mango salsa and jalapeño sweet sauce

This salad in the underground was a great way to start the weekend. Rumi and I have been down with the flu for the past week, so it’s been a lot of soup, tea, and warm baths.
With temperatures over 100 for the next week - salads are one way to beat the heat.
Chipotle Lime Chicken strips atop a heaping pile of romaine, slivered roma tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
The dressing is a homemade ranch style with JustMayo, a little pickle juice, vegan worcestershire and lemon juice, garlic and onion powder, dill and parsley, nutritional yeast, and a dash of salt and pepper.
