Happy in my kitchen! 👩🍳 turning these bargain red chillies I bought just after Christmas (which incidentally highlights the total madness re supernarket sell by dates as these were supposedly not fit for sale more than three weeks ago and yet are still in perfect condition today! 🤔) into a delicious & vibrant Sambal Oelek with just the addition of some rice wine vinegar, sugar & garlic all dumped in the food processor & then simmered for 15 minutes before bottling 🌶 absolutely can't wait to use this & absolutely love it's vibrant red colour 💃❤#vegan#vegetarian#sambaloelek#chillies#redchillies#chilli#condiments#vegetables#preserving#wastenot

Chicken rice from Koufu at NTU. This is one of my comfort food and definitely one of the signature Singapore dishes. The one in the picture is decent and affordable.
⭐️: 3.0/5.0 (Worth a try!)
💲: SGD 3.80 (plus rice plus meat)
The boss man @danren sampling the goods down at one of our fave places to eat in Bris @hudsoncorner ...... be sure to grab the Texan Reaper burger made with our very own reaper sauce 🌶 and Dan recommends washing it down with a bottle of Brooklyn Lager or any of their unique beers on tap 🍔🍺🌶

Happy Saturday!!! I'm having MAJOR withdrawals from London (home) today and would die for another meal here at Sexy Fish Restaurant - one of my absolute FAVES in the capital!! 🍱
#R2 - Gogyo’s Chilli Shoyu is a spicy chicken broth that stays true to its name and packs a crazy spice punch. The broth is already pretty hot without mixing through the habanero pork mince bomb/ball. It’s a good idea to try the broth without mixing this in first to appreciate the different flavours it brings to the dish (if you can get past the heat!). Likewise, squeezing through the accompanying lemon wedge adds another layer of flavour that seems to help cut through the spice factor. The dish is topped off with bamboo shoots and chashu to go with the wavy noodle. It must be noted that the second time this dish was had, it wasn’t as insanely hot as the first time - it’s possible the spice levels were toned down, so if anyone out there wants to give this a go, let us know your thoughts and where it rates on your spice-o-meter!
TLDR - 🍜 🔥🤬🔥😵
