You are coming home from the school run, it’s the start of a busy week.
There’s 7 different extra-curricular activities to remember, the mountain of clothes that needs washing and sorting, food shopping, dinners to cook, children to remember, work to attend and excel at. So, how do you make time for all these things?
You overwork, cancel your yoga session, cut back on socializing, and even skip a few meals. Its usually not until it’s too late that people realise the toll this lifestyle takes on our lives.
It can take many forms, but self-care is crucial for our physical, emotional and mental well being . We shouldn’t neglect it, but often can’t find time for it.
So here I am trying to help you feel more you again in 30 minutes or less a day.
Each day I will post something to aim to try and do. Whether is a walk, a bath, reading or just sitting.
