I mixed up my usual Saturday breakfast today and had a big bowl of @deliciouslyella nutty granola with almond milk and raspberries. It was a nice change and really filling.
Was lovely to get out in the garden finally and give it some much needed tlc after the winter. First cut of the grass, some de-weeding and a general tidy up.
Despite Elliot being poorly both boys had a basketball tournament today so I used the time when they were out and got in a much needed outdoor run and made good time and pace for 8km.
Lunch today was Rye bread with hummus and scrambled eggs. For dinner I picked up some whole grain rice noodles to have with fillet beef strips, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, spring onion & oyster sauce stir fry. It was really fresh and light and the noodles were delicious.
As we have 2 birthdays coming up we had to have the traditional chocolate fountain 🍫 😍 I buy the JM Posner chocolate, and even though it’s expensive at £10 a bag it really is the best for a fountain and made with coco butter. Very moorish and very naughty!! #familytime#chocolate#chocolatefountain#foodie#fooddiary#training#exercise#fitnessmotivation#eggs#healthyeating#stirfry#runningmotivation
Client Events are our favorite! Last night’s event was for Death By Chocolate we raised for money for a wonderful family with several members facing the same debilitating disease. We will use the money to make their home and lives a little easier as they struggle with the battle. It was such a great cause💕
We are only one day away from the final Saturday Chocolate Bar! Have you ever wondered what it takes to fill a buffet with over 100+ different dessert combinations? Here is a behind the scenes look of our talented pastry team led by Executive Pastry Chef @ryanpike144 twenty-four hours before the big event.
See you tomorrow!
