Ice cream. It’s always been the food we enjoyed as a family growing up. Even my first dog could identify quality Breyers ice cream over knock off brands🙌🏻 because yes she enjoyed scoops too😂 When ever I would road trip through Alaska- no matter the winter temps- ice cream was a mandatory stop🙌🏻. I can definitely say it’s been a part of my weight gains along my journey. So why the heck am I eating it now when I’m talking about getting stronger and fitter? Because my trainer said I could 🙌🏻 See I held out on all the extras this week, I stuck to my meal plan 💯 , I put in the hard work every 30-40 min workout 4x a week, and now on my final rest day before a workout (Taken Sunday) I got to enjoy my concert festivities a little bit more. You know when you were a kid and you earned that $5 and you had to choose wisely on how you wanted to spend it? That’s what I do now with this flexible program- I choose what one special treat I want to have for the week. Not a cheat but a treat. This Sunday was seriously awesome with all the feel goods from laughter with friends, amazing music jams, singing in the pouring rain, free upgraded seats to indoor, and a hard earned bonus 🍦. This is a lifestyle I can get behind🙌🏻. So excited to have my next wave of lift and HIIT friends to join in with this awesome program. Will you be joining? .

Did I want wake up and workout? Nope✖️. Did I? Yep✔️. I was riding the struggle bus 🚌 HARD but I show up. Because I have a crew waiting for me on the other side💻. And, this is my job. For real🙌. I get paid to SHOW UP and workout 🏋️♀️ from my home and work on becoming the best freaking version of myself. Now that’s something, even when I don’t want to, I’ll show up to🙌.

Hey! We are Jess Chris and Jonah Larson. We have some new followers so we thought we’d take some time to introduce ourselves and thank you SO MUCH for spending a little time with us. When we started this IG journey it was specifically to connect with other people, so believe us when we say, we are so glad you are here.
We both grew up in suburbs of the Twin Cities in MN. We love live music, strong coffee, a good bowl of pho and being equally close to the outdoors and the hoppin’ city. We love Disneyland and bare feet and a good Netflix night with a bowl of popcorn (with brown butter-try it-your welcome.)
We believe that everyone can live full and beautiful lives. Experience joy and wonder everyday. And take courageous steps toward their dreams. Sometimes all it takes is a little nudge or a bit of inspiration.
We live in a Winnebago Sightseer 35J (which we are currently updating-check our our story) with our kiddo and our two pups. Living tiny has allowed us the flexibility to travel (a lot) and has also given us an incredible perspective around what we REALLY need to be happy.

When you use a Mala, or a set of meditation beads, you count your breaths or mantra recitations. When you do the “Mala” workout you recite the Discipline Mantra through your movements. You overcome your desire to quit. You build your capacity for perseverance, you practice being indomitable. This is one of the hardest training sessions that I use to push myself. I get anxiety before the workout starts because I question myself. Use the grind to sharpen your sword. All I wanted to do today was go and float on the lake in a tube. So I did🤙. This is my NEW life.
Old Courtney worked every Sunday starting at 3:30 behind the bar🍻. That means at 2:30, I would have to go home and get ready after hustling all morning at my paddleboard shop. But, it paid my bills💸, and I thought that was my only option. And I literally HATE working on Sunday’s (I don’t know why🤷♀️, it just feels wrong). #CoachLife
has given me so many things, but one of my favorite parts is the freedom✌️.
I learned there is a different way. I can make 💰 from my phone 📲 floating on the lake instead slinging drinks behind the bar all night🍸. I am so STOKED to be floating here, instead of standing behind the bar. Making REAL connections with people instead of small talk. To not be a slave to the schedule and working on my own time⏱. That’s the kind of freedom I’m talking about🙌

DELICIOUS | Took a long weekend to spend with friends. Friday @catgopur
and I gathered supplies and hatched plans for room themes for a festival we’re working. Saturday I painted severed dolls’ heads and then @gazbosmudge
arrived. We spent the evening celebrating @the_last_cyrenaic
‘s birthday round a well tended fire and listened to the owls hunting. I got in at about 4:30am as the sky was lightening, caught some zzzzs, and then we got up and went to Llyn Tegid for a spot of stand up paddle boarding with the dogs. No pictures or video... we were too busy with dogs and paddleboards. Afterwards we came here for ice cream and the view. I had two scoops... the vegan lemon and green apple. Tart and delicious. Home for a nap, home cooked Chinese, a glass of white rioja and True Romance. Now, bath. Then bed.
