Week 2 of boxercise was another success!! Not only is there lots of fun to be had here, a few of those cardio rounds and you build up some sweat! 💦💦 Had a varied day yesterday of exercise, which I always find the most enjoyable when it’s not repetitive 😊
Starting with me and Jamie’s boxercise at 10am, a team badminton competition at lunch (always hard winning when someone in your gym team played badminton full time professionally), a few clients, junior circuits and junior spin (well as close to circuits as you can make 5 year olds do 🙄😂) and finishing off with me taking part in a different boxfit class ☺️ Really enjoying training my clients with our new kit- what a difference an upgrade makes! Come try out the new kit or my spin class tonight at 5.45pm 😝
Pushing out the assault bike to the max today in circuits, everyone smashed it, circuits on wednesday again will be 6:45am, tell everyone about them, lets boost those numbers and get a full house 👌
Arduino Rader with Drones😁😆

My client Neil here hitting out a few military presses on our session yesterday, Neil came to me wanting to lose weight and pick up his fitness levels, after a couple of weeks missed here and there we are well on our way to reaching our goals. .
Due to a few of injuries that Neil has we are limited to a good few exercises, this does not stop our sessions, it’s all about looking at the bigger picture and picking out exercises that will help him. .
Focusing a lot on AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a allotted time) And EMOM (every minute on the minute), I found in the gym these protocols work really well in exercise, you don’t need cardio to hit your workouts, shake it up, base it on timed weight exercises to really hit all regions of the body, it works a treat.
Whether you're a male or female, if you're looking to develop a great physique, with plenty of muscle definition and a low body fat percentage, jumping up and down in circuit classes and moving your legs at 100mph in spinning classes several times per week just isn't going to get you there..
For muscle to grow, several things need to happen. First you need to learn how to connect and contract a target muscle, then learn how to apply tension through a full range of motion, creating enough mechanical tension and metabolic stress (load, intensity & volume).
Spinning, I'm not a fan of, believe it or not it's actually a huge stress, a sky rocket of adrenaline followed by a huge crash, not what your body likes when you're trying to progress. It causes muscle, ligament and tendon shortening, imbalances and posture concerns. It also has no transfer to other sports, other than cycling. Your improved fitness in spinning will only allow you to become better at spinning, nothing else.
Resistance training, in a safe environment with a progressive overload protocol in place along side a great diet is the best way for you to achieve the physique you strive for.
I'd love you know your thoughts on this... 👇👇...

In this week's #knowyoursensor
, we'll be showing the module used in our latest posts, The nrf24l01 module for wireless communications.
Comment which sensors you wanna know more about ✌️ .
The nRF24L01 is used on a wide variety of applications that require wireless control. They are transceivers which this means that each module can transmit and receive data.
Specifications nRF24L01 – 2.4GHz RF Transceiver
-Low cost single-chip
-2.4GHz GFSK RF transceiver IC
-Range with Antenna: 250Kb rate (Open area) >1000 meter
-Power: Ultra low power consumption
-Input Voltage: 3.3V
-Pins: 5V tolerant
You need to add capacitors to the input voltage to make sure the module gets constant 3.3V supply with proper Amp amount.
The booty and core focused focused session 🍑 showing the circuit 👯♀️ what do you want to focus on next week?
