Since nobody wanted to help me pick a workout 😅i chose a circuit! It’s called the Wonder Woman circuit so i was ALL ABOUT IT! Here’s what it is: 10 rounds
3️⃣20 total mountain climbers
4️⃣10 elbow -> straight arm planks
5️⃣20 lunges (10/leg)
6️⃣40 sec elbow plank
7️⃣10 sit ups -> 10 push-ups
8️⃣2 min rest •

There's a 7-minute HIIT workout that I do when I'm pressed for time or am lazy to go run. I do a total of four rounds for a 28-minute session.
Of course, I get bored with it sometimes. And this time, I decided to grab my NuZest shaker bottle - which was already filled with #CleanLeanProtein
for my post-production hydration - and used it as an additional (very) light free weight.
