Day 4 of our international handstand challenge!🤗
Topic: - Pressing up! How do you like to train a press-up HS?
Negative, Negative, NEGATIVE...🤣
I love to train my presses with a good quality negative as slow as I possibly can. In this example I try to take a full 20sec. To come all the way down in my stalder press. Key here is to compress as much as you can, NEVER stop pushing from your shoulders and letting gravity overtake you, AND straighten your knees and point your toes!;)
*important! I warn you Again! this is an advanced skill practice and I would advise to first solidify your straight HS and your mounts before!😏😉⚡️🤸🏻♂️⚡️
