Sorry, just up late reflecting. I think the only way to stay motivated is by cherishing the small victories. The little changes, the incremental progress. I remember the first pics I actually thought I looked classic. I was eating 3300cal per day desperate to put on muscle. Second pic, a sharper look. I actually know how to pose now, and a leaner state at 2550cal a day. I look back at those pics and pat myself on the back for having the fucking passion I had and still have each and every day for this silly sport. I HAVE POTENTIAL. 2019 I will compete.
Recently started practicing posing after each workout. Current plan is to try and hit 170 around April of next year. From there, I plant to slowly transition into a cut, and prepare for a physique show next summer.
