1️⃣ Taken right after pre-judging in that natural lighting 👌. She came in hard but we played it safe prior and wanted to fill her out a bit more for finals. With enough time to digest and relax..it was 🍔 time!
2️⃣ About an hour after meal and a little coffee, I had Lauren pump and pose. Overall she was able to fill out a lil more and quads and back started to pop and separate more. Just coasted from here til finals.
Unfortunately good days don’t last forever, but neither to bad ones...

Life is happening as we know it, and if you don’t watch out you’ll spend more time trying to create a life instead of living the one you have presently. Don’t over think life so much that you forget to live in the present moment, taking and embracing it fully. The future will come, so plan for it, but don’t live there, because there doesn’t exist or come into existence until you act upon it.
You don’t need every moment of your life to be exciting and spectacular, you need those slow peaceful days full of thought to reflect and strategize on.
You have to learn to enjoy the little things, the good and the bad because you should learn to love every waking moment you have in life, because it’s the only life you get. And depending on where you stand spiritually, this may be the best you’ll ever get.

Decided to make this infograph detailing different levels of bodyfat percent. Note that it only applies when you have a solid amount of muscle mass. Moreover, it’s a huge generalization: some may find it easiest to maintain at 10-12.5% bodyfat while others can easily chow down 4000+ calories sitting at above 15% bodyfat. But having been at all three stages at various times, we thought this was a good general template for those who have a specific goal in mind!
