Me trying to balance eating 3x my normal calorie intake while doing less activity than normal last week like... - That's a wrap for LA 2019, we ate nothing but delicious stuff, didn't gym as much as we were planning because our original plans changed to dodge the weather (definitely wasn't this sunny all week 😬), and I have ZERO RAGRETS. - Despite all the donuts, I ate some of the best salads I've ever eaten, generally only had 2 meals a day, and we did train 3 times in the week, one of those being a 3hr epic at @goldsgym 😂, then walked about 5 miles on Friday so it wasn't all excess, and if you can't enjoy yourself on your travels, when can you!? - Back to it today, back to our regular nutrition and meals, back to the gym routine and life carries on! Не сильно люблю писать подобного рода посты, однако все -таки повод есть. Сегодня, можно сказать, у меня юбилей - ровно год с момента полного отрыва правой грудной. Те, кто давно в этом спорте, знают что полный отрыв мышцы (сухожилия от кости) являются своеобразной точкой невозврата для выступающего спортсмена... Так было и в моем случае - 8 штифтов в плечо, срочная операция, полгода в ортезе, иначе потеря функциональности, ограниченная подвижность и чуть ли не некроз тканей- такие перспективы мне нарисовали врачи. Хорошо, что я их не послушал ))) Расписывать свой слАжный пуДь не буду, скажу лишь, что уже через полгода я выставил свою лучшую на тот момент форму, последовательно ее улучшая, и принял участие в 4 стартах, в каждом из которых был в победителях/призах. Не Бог весть какое достижение, но для меня достаточно значимое. Не буду писать пафосное типа «то, что не убъет меня - сделает сильнее», ибо травма сделала меня объективно физически слабее, но (смею надеяться!) - умнее. 🔥Heavy versus light weight 🔥 - Follow @FITNESS__INDIA ! - There is always a debate going on about what is best; training with heavy or light weights. Well that depends what the goal is. If you're looking to build maximal strength, heavy is the way. If you're looking for maximal muscular endurance, light is the way. However, when you're trying to build solid muscle, both can be quite effective. Now, that tends to rattle some gym bros, but both are needed in a well designed training program. Heavy weights are required to maximize mechanical tension (one of three drivers for protein synthesis) and they stimulate a ton of hormonal output, especially from exercises like deadlifts, squats and other compound movements. To get a muscle stronger, we need to get it bigger and that means overloading it with weight progressively. Of course, a bigger muscle isn't always a stronger muscle (a topic for another day), but for the most part they positively correlate. On the other hand, light weights are effective too (light being relative). In order to maximize metabolic stress (another driver of protein synthesis), training with light weights is very beneficial. Furthermore, by building muscular endurance, you will notice carry over to your lower rep, heavier training. They are also quite good at isolating lagging muscles and lead to better mind-to-muscle connection which means gains. In short, you need to program both in your workout regimen. For me personally, I tend to train mostly in the heavy side of the equation and make my light weight work usually with calisthenics and bodyweight movements. Ne zelim da radim teske vjezbe ! 9.Koliko ponavljanja za masu a koliko za definiciju ? 10. Koja je najbolja vjezba za grudi ? . 1. Ne postoji osoba koja se ne moze udebljati ili ne moze smrsati. Za dobijanja ili smanjenje broja kg najvaznije je imati suficit ili deficit sa unosom kalorija. Tj. jesti vise nego sto je nasem tijelu potrebno ili jesti manje nego sto je nasem tijelu potrebno. Sva hrana koju jedemo sadrzi kalorije , ne postoji hrana od koje se deblja niti hrana od koje se mrsa. Vrijeme obroka tj. da li jedete kasno uvecer ili necete da jedete poslije sest nema veze sa debljanjem.Ukupan kalorijski unos odlucuje sta se desava sa nasim tijelom. Osobe koje se ne mogu udebljati su ubjedjene da jedu mnogo , ali nikad ne znaju koliko nutrijenata unose u toku dana. Kada ih pitas kako se hranis odgovor je jedem ja sve , ili jedem jednom dnevno. Uzmite 14 dana i pisite svaki obrok, tacnu gramazu . Jedino na taj nacin mozete znati koliko proteina , masti i ugljikohidrata unosite u prosjeku svaki dan. Ako se kilaza ne povecava znaci da je potrebno vise, ako se kilaza ne smanjuje znaci da je potrebno manje kalorija.Ako ne znate odrediti unos nutrijenata i sastav hrane Vam je nepoznanica jednostavno angazujte trenera koji ce to uraditi za Vas. . 2. Pogledaj napisano pod jedan. Za mrsanje vrijedi isto , uzmi na papir svaki dan koliko jedes. Ako kilaza ili procenat masti na tijelu ne pada znaci da je potreban veci deficit. Rjesenje je ili jesti manje ili imati vise aktivnosti tj. potrosnju energije kroz trening. Salo jesu zalihe energije za nase tijelo , to salo je nastalo jer ste unositi vise hrane nego je vasem tijelu bilo potrebno. . 3. Niko nije usao u teretanu i slucajno dobio misice . Try watching that last vid without smiling.😂 Fun day on squats today, easy 2x6 at 230kg (505lbs) followed by 2x3 paused high bar with 185kg (405lbs) and 2x20 with 145kg (315lbs). The one fucking time I follow the program @pale_horse_powerlifting has cry about my high bar constant tension squats being too constant tensioney. 🙄 So I said id do double the reps per set. I asked @zac_kongonis and @_yaboyblue_ to count em out for me...but instead they just yelled penis things at me.😡 Team work makes the dream work.... Barbell complex with banded neck distraction. The neck is the most athletic muscle in the body and that’s why we put such an emphasis on it here at kibblefit. If you can strengthen the neck you can increase your vertical, build coordination, and even build mental agility. It makes sense. The band was at a perfect tension to choke me so I could build a pain tolerance and also get knocked off balance to work some stabilizers. This movement is great to be done before a hard leg session because it reminds the body to activate the neck instead of the glutes and core. You want the tension on your neck to train it more and away from the glutes and core so you don’t injure them. Once you realize the importance of the neck you will start setting unimaginable PRs in the gym and be on your way to the next level. I know it’s a secret I shouldn’t reveal but my neck training is so far ahead of the competition that they don’t have enough time to catch me before Tokyo. I will always keep trying to get the supporters of kibblefit the best info possible. Keep the neck tight. Don’t over work the legs. Listen to techno more. Beat Kibbles.
