Toasted Coconut Seaweed Thins from @gimmegrams
😜 So i’ve never been the biggest fan of seaweed but recently i’ve been trying to incorporate more superfoods into my diet. That being said these seaweed thins were actually not bad 😱 They are VERY thin slices of dried seaweed, lightly brushed with tamari soy sauce, with a layer of toasted shredded coconut in the middle. They really do have a wafer consistency which gives them a nice lil crunch (and you know i be craving crunches like a mf☺️). The soy sauce and toasted coconut flavors compliment each other quite noyyysley AND they are jam packed with some guud nutrients like iodine, vitamin k, fiber, and folate 🤪🥳 Found @erewhonmarket
This was such an easy, healthy dinner to make! I didn't really follow any recipe besides my mom's suggested oven temperature and baking time. I went in knowing I wanted to use turkey and riced cauliflower.. so swipe to see the simple meal I came up with. I only had three peppers on hand, but from the looks of how much it made I would say you could completely stuff five. Also, add as much seasoning as you'd like! I try to stay very low sodium, so Mrs. Dash is my favorite go-to!

caprese skewers 🍅🧀🍃 :
* 8 ounces of small mozzarella balls
* 9 grape tomatoes cut in half
* 18 small fresh basil leaves
* 1/4 cup of olive oil
* 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley * 1 tablespoon of ground oregano
* 1 small minced clove garlic
1. place the mozzarella balls and all the ingredients except the tomatoes and basil into a medium-sized bowl. stir well, cover and allow to marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
2. to assemble: place a mozzarella ball, a basil leaf and half a grape tomato on a toothpick.

I’d say it depends! But one thing is sure. No one meal will ever kill your gains or get you out of track. It’s all about consistency, the real thing you must think of is you weekly And monthly calories, that is far more important that daily calories.
Being healthy and in shape it’s a lifestyle which means it’s a marathon not a sprint and let’s be honesty, everybody has it’s own comfort food.

Usually I make a single dish for lunch or dinner, like soup or stew. I seldom make a bowl made up of many different "side dishes" .
Today was a day where I experimented and stepped out of my comfort zone and made this delicious lunch consisting of sprouted beans, tomato salad, olives, carrot and stuffed vine leaves 🍃
This was so good I want to try to food prep more and make more combination dishes like these 😍

Ça y est, c'est le grand retour de Jadecuisine.
Après un an de voyage, je suis encore plus motivée à manger bio (du vrai hein... pas du faux bio avec plein d'emballage et qui pousse dans des serres chauffées l'hiver) et végétarien.
La viande est une énorme source de pollution, de déforestation et de consommation d'eau. J'ai décidé de réduire au minimum ma consommation. Je n'en mange plus à la cantine au travail.
Je vous partage des idées de recettes végétariennes. .
Aujourd'hui, c'est un classique français : la quiche. .
La mienne est fromage de chèvre et poireaux.
Je fais cuire les poireaux à la poêle avant de les mettre sur la pâte.
Je remplace la crème par le lait. La texture est bonne et c'est plus léger.
J'ai mis 5 œufs et du lait au pif.
Enfournez 35 minutes à 200°C et servez avec une salade verte.
Parfait pour le brunch du dimanche !

I do my best to keep with the clean eats while on travel but nothing will compare to having all the ingredients (well I always miss something in any recipe🤷🏻♀️) utensils and the familiarity of your own space.
