Smoothie of the day! I’ve been starting my day with a @blenderbombs
smoothie for the last two weeks and this one is pretty close to my staple. If you’re looking to make your smoothies heartier/filling/nutritionally replace a meal, I definitely recommend investing in some blender bombs! They’ve changed my daily routine.
OKAY here’s the ingredients if you’re curious:
-1 nut free @blenderbombs
-1 cup of spinach -1/4 frozen avocado -1/2 frozen banana
-1 spoonful of cacao powder -1/2 cup of coconut milk
Topped with chia seeds and @jessicasnaturalfoods

Good morning ☃️ Another day, another breakfast platter! I’m becoming a creature of habit with this meal, but it’s amazing so 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ Continuing on the plant based protein options (besides eggs I know!!) & trying this @sweetearthfoods
hickory and sage “bacon.” I’m not gonna lie I was incredibly skeptical of this. It doesn’t look the most appetizing in the package, but once cooked😻😻 I cooked it for a lil too long, but it had that same bacon taste and crunch🥓For anyone who cares 2 pieces is around 4g of fat and 10g of protein. I’m going to give this an 8/10 and maybe if I cook it better it could be a 10/10. I’ll keep ya posted!

Ingredients for 8 servings
1 tablespoon oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz tofu, broken up (395 g)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ cup nutritional yeast (35 g)
¼ cup vegetable stock (60 mL)
hot sauce, optional
onion, diced and cooked
fresh spinach, cooked
tomato, sliced and cooked
black beans, optional
bell pepper, chopped and cooked
mushrooms, chopped and cooked
plant based meat alternative, cooked
potato, chopped and cooked
sweet potato, chopped and cooked
In a medium pan, add oil and garlic and cook until garlic is lightly browned. Add tofu by pulling pieces off to produce the full “scramble” effect.
Add the turmeric, paprika, red pepper flakes, and nutritional yeast and stir to combine.
Add the vegetable stock and cook until absorbed in the tofu.

Braised beef and fried egg mozzarella arepa!
We wash, cook and grind the corn to make each arepa by hand, making it a tedious three day process. Oh yeah and if that wasn't hard enough, we also make each arepa square-shaped on purpose, just to prove its authenticity.
Best start to the day 🙌🏼🙌🏼 This has been my go to breakfast recently, for my body it has the perfect amount of fats, carbs and protein! It’s one of the only combos that leaves me feeling full 💃🏼 I’m also the type of person that needs a big breakfast 🤷🏼♀️ .
👉🏼👉🏼 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites on a big bed of arugula. Topped it all off with some of my new favorite salsa (I’ll share it in my next grocery haul!) On the side these baby sweet potatoes from Trader Joe’s have been life saver. Also they’re so tiny and cute lol 🍠 I put PB on just about everything so of course drizzled some overtop the banana coins & cinnamon. My second favorite food next to PB is most definitely fruit so had some fresh blackberries on the side!
