Add all but bubbles into a mixing tin, whip with pebble ice or buzz in a Hamilton Beach, top with fresh nutmeg and garnish with mint sprigs
I settled on this much drier and complex version of a colada for our menu @hundredproofsd - give it a go sometime

1 oz @seedlipdrinks Grove
0.5 oz Cranberry juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
Tsp beet + fig puree
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice, wet shake and then pour into a cocktail glass.
