Aging is out of my control but that doesn’t mean I can’t look good doing it!
I admit, I’ll try anti-aging anything (after doing research) but I’m not one to dwell on it. So when I heard about #collagenpeptides
I needed to learn more.
“There are at least 16 types of collagen, but 80-90% of the collagen in the body consists of type I, II, and III...they all serve the same purpose, to help tissues withstand stretching.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK21582/
After learning this, I knew that any of these collagen peptide mixers needed to supply me with type I, II, and/or III. @vitalproteins
collagen peptides supplies me with type I, and the benefits include: increase skin elasticity, repair collagen fibers, cellulite RX, hair and nail growth, and potentially ease joint pain (more research needed).
Either way, I gave it a shot and to be more efficient, found a recipe that incorporates the peptides into my morning coffee!
