You sipped your ☕️coffee this morning, think about all that cup of coffee does for you. Before you sipped the coffee how did you feel? After you sipped it how did you feel? Did you feel relaxed, jittery or like you can now take over the world? Was it quality coffee you had or was it cheap and probably not so good for you? Maybe you skipped the coffee today. Maybe you had tea or a nice nutritious smoothie? Whatever it is remember this how we start our day sets the mood for the rest of the day. Make sure you are getting enough water and not just a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Water is a simple adjustment but it is 🔑 key. Drink a cup before bed and add a cup of water before your morning coffee. This will help you stay hydrated and may also reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. Get your water in!!!
