We can’t gush enough over the addition of @basilandbarleypizzeria
to the Colorado Springs food scene and are elated to see more solid and eclectic pies pop up. The bright and inviting space allows patrons to watch chefs prepare Napoletana-style pizzas while being serenaded by their conversations in Italian over a basil beer made in collaboration with @dwbbrewery
The menu provides antipasti options, filling salads, large pizzas with various dough choices (includes GF) and sinful desserts to round out an experience we can only describe as “bellissima.” 🍕
