I know that this isn’t in Utah, but this property is just too stunning not to showcase. Highlighted by a stunning mountain landscape and truly exceptional improvements, Elk Island Ranch is one of Colorado’s finest sporting ranches. Encompassing 6,343± completely private and contiguous acres, the raw land has been meticulously improved and equipped into a four-season recreational playground of the highest order. Featuring private ski slopes, excellent big game hunting and trout fishing, miles of riding trails and roads, and a massive sledding hill, the ranch is a magnet for multi-generational usage. What are your thoughts on this ranch?
this is home.
Growing up in Littleton, we always called the mountains our backyard. So here I am...in my backyard. I wouldn’t trade this for the world.🌲

Beautiful Lake San Cristobal in the San Juan Mountains.
Sunset hike at Mohawk lake. One of my favorite hikes in the area. A 6 mile loop that starts along the river and takes you through incredible mountain range views. Go for the sunset and you’ll have an unreal experience
