I've actually tried those peanut butter single serve snacks, and they were PERFECT for my referred day when I had crackers and peanut butter as part of my meal! 😁 Overeating my favorite snacks and other food items are an issue for me, and I can't wait to learn additional ways (like this one) to change that habit for one that is more beneficial to my health and goals!!! #Repost @ilanamuhlsteinrd
People beat themselves up for not having self control, but no one really does without the right tools and tips. We don’t get upset when we don’t get up early,- we just set alarm clocks to make sure that we do. If you have foods around that trigger overeating and make you feel uncomfortable and out of control, rethink keeping them around. There are so many ways to set yourself up for success that I’ll cover in the @2bmindset
