short rib beef & barley stew (although we have to call it something different because of our barley boots πŸΆπŸ˜…) is cooked low and slow and has some of the most intense flavors, perfect for fall πŸ€— the trick is a lottttt of stock, taking the vegetables out and adding them back in just before serving, and cooking the beef in the stock for hours on the stove. my kinda comfort food! #comingsoonmaybehopefully
