One of the constants we have in this life is change. Sometimes plans change. Other times feelings change. Many times people change. Either way, the important is how you respond.
I normally workout early in the morning before my family wakes up and before my daily team meeting, but today was different. Today included other factors from other people. Today included lots of business calls, follow-ups, and virtual meetings. So even though my schedule was completely off, I was determined to stick with the plan. Since everyone was downstairs, I put my workout program on my laptop and threw on my headphones so I could keep my promise I made to myself.
