If you’ve ever trained with me, you know that kettlebells have and always will be a key part of my training my routine.
They’re great for cardio, core, resistance and functional training, the list is honestly endless.
Where they really came into their own however, was in rehab for my shoulder. I’m finally back to full ROM 🙏🏻 so now comes the stage where I have to start building the strength back up.
5 months was a long time to be out of the strength training game, I went from being able to power out full push ups on my toes to needing to drop to my knees, and military press was tough even at the lowest of barbell weights, but that’s ok, I was healing!
Shoulder press with kettlebells off-sets the centre of gravity slightly, meaning that you have to work that little bit harder to stabilise. So it’s certainly worth switching up your barbell and dumbbell press and switching out for a kettlebell just to see if you see/feel a change, because I’m pretty sure you will!

This may not seem what it is to some, but it is! I am not a big fan of having my picture taken, instead I LOVE taking pictures of others, things, objects, etc. if I'm looking to motivate others I must show it (this applies to anything) in different ways, ex: pictures, taking action, speaking it, empowering, sharing my successes, etc.! You'll find others judging you on what you're doing, and thats fine! Instead of allowing thier negativity affect you empower them to make a positive change in their lives! It's about the intentions!
