I crave for Tomyam soup so I made myself one for dinner tonight. To be honest,I love cooking and at times the simplest meal satisfied me the most. BON APPETITE!
Seared scallops with asparagus and date and persimmon gastrique. Seasoned the scallops with salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Pan seared with olive oil. The asparagus was sautéed with sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sprinkled with sesame seeds. The gastrique was made with white vinegar, sugar, dates, persimmons, mint leaf, and lemon juice.
