🌞 🌊 🏖 Buon giovedì amici Instagram, faccio colazione con la mia 🌿🍑 Crostata con crema pasticciera fichi e lamponi 🍒 Ingredienti per la frolla 300gr di farina, 1 uovo 🥚 ed un tuorlo , 120 gr. di zucchero , un pizzico di sale e 100 di burro, scorza di limone grattugiato. Impastare velocemente e far riposare per una mezz'ora.Io ho utilizzato mezza dose con le altre ho fatto dei biscottini .
Procedere facendo la crema con 250 gr di latte,2 tuorli, 50 gr. di zucchero 🌾 30 gr di farina, la scorza di mezzo limone 🍋 oppure i semi di un baccello di vaniglia.
Stendere la pasta nello stampo, bucare la pasta con la forchetta e coprire con la carta forno ed i pesetti o dei fagioli o ceci secchi (io utilizzo dei fagioli ) . 🌿🥗🎉🎊Cuocere a 180 gradi per 15 minuti, togliere la carta e i pesi e far cuocere per altri 10/15 minuti far raffreddare e versare la crema anch’essa raffreddata, guarnire con frutta fresca a piacere io fichi e lamponi e spolverizzare di zucchero a velo. 👩🍳🎈🎉

how-to: slice 2-3 large, fresh tomatoes, lay ‘em on a plate and season to taste w/ salt + pepper; grind 3 slices of fresh white bread in a food processor; drop 3 tablespoons of @dukes_mayonnaise
in a pan over medium-low heat and add the breadcrumbs; sauté for 5-7 mins or until golden brown + crispy then remove + set aside; remove the core from 1 more med-sized tomato and cut into large cubes; drop cubes + 1c mayo into a food processor + blend until completely smooth; spoon dressing over the maters + garnish w/ the crumbs — bon appetit! ✌️

I don't always eat out and when I don't I like easy simple recipes that I can cook 👩🍳One of my favorites is Goya Yellow Rice, and this is all you need;
🥄Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
🥄Cajun spice (I used Badia brand, sprinkle on chicken)
🥄Salt & Pepper (sprinkle a little) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🥄Goya Yellow Rice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Browned chicken, then put the rice mix to the pan! VOILA! Dinner is served 🥘! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thursday: Chilled rice pudding under a mountain of summer fruits, watermelon, mango, Rainier cherries, dragonfruit and blueberries 🍉🍒🐲 with a refreshingly fresh watermelon juice and a reviving matcha 🍵

These super seasonal cherries are destined to the (oh so delicious) fate of becoming Raven & Rose’s famed house-made whiskey cherries, which perfect the Manhattan and Bouncy House cocktails.
It sounds kind of strange, but self care to me looks like making a pile of dirty dishes and transforming a box of vegetables into ✨magic✨. This is what I came up with during a much needed kitchen hour: Kimchi Dip- 6 ounces cream cheese, 6 ounces Greek yogurt, and 8 ounces @madgesfood
