Detta kanske mest är intressant för gravida och förlösta som har en magdelning. När jag är ensam i gymmet passar jag på att kika hur statusen ser ut därunder. För det är först vid träning som jag ser hur magen beter sig i olika rörelser. I filmen visar jag först hur jag klarar hålla av att hålla ihop delningen när jag alternerar benlyften. Men så fort jag tar upp båda benen ser man att det visar sig en liten båge i mitten av magen och det är den jag helst vill undvika. I slutet av videon går jag över till vartannat ben men då är jag för trött för att hålla ihop delningen som i början. Därför jobbar jag mycket med djupa magen i alla mina pass för att bli så stark att jag kan hålla ihop delningen även i tuffare övningar. (Det gäller inte bara magövningar utan även tyngre som chins, knäböj etc). Getting it done Monday💪🏽 With so much happening leading up until we fly out to Europe and also being that it is winter, it can be so easy to fall into the habit of making a million in one excuses as to why you can’t make it to the gym. What makes it so easy for me to show up everyday at @f45_training_claremont is not only the foundation that has been established of it being such a family-friendly community but that every day is a new challenge to overcome and everyday I am finding a way to push myself out of my comfort zone physically and mentally... It also helps that I have an amazing training partner and we have awesome trainers who don’t let you go unnoticed if your not pushing yourself hard enough hehe🏋🏻‍♀️💦

🤷🏽‍♀️ core training 🤔 • • • • 👉🏾 I see many people performing exercises that that have no idea why they are doing it, because it was on the internet or I’ve seen someone else in the gym doing it?? • • • • 👉🏾 sometimes performing movements we don’t understand can lead to injuries or waste of time due to lack of specificity. • • Now don’t get me wrong some people like this movement and I’m not saying it’s wrong all I’m saying is that for what general population probably want out of it (‘tone’ their abs and obliques 🙄 a whole other post on losing specific spots of fat) I believe there are more ideal movements.- not just seen in this video !! • • • • 👉🏾 creating core ‘stiffness’ is essential in training the core for injury prevention. Loaded carries are one of my go to movements. Think adding load to the spine, back squats ? You need core stiffness yeah ? Many other movements planks stir the pot etc etc • • • I believe that repeating side bending doesn’t have much of a crossover in regards to your everyday life and serve a specific purpose that you couldn’t get with a range of other movements. • • • 😴 takeaway from this? Understand why you are performing and exercise and question it, if your trainer gets offended they probably didn’t have an answer 🤭 Search farmers carry, suitcase carry, stir the pot, plank, deadbugs, PALLOF, cable rotations, side plank and so much more!!
