Here is a great finisher workout that will help to build core strength👌🏻Video 1 - the hollow hold: Lie on your back and raise your legs, shoulders and arms off the ground. Your lower back should be in contact with the floor (think about pushing your belly button towards the floor). Squeeze your legs together and point your toes. You will need to engage your core muscles throughout this exercise. Start in this position and set your timer for 2 minutes, every time you have to rest complete 3 burpees. Keep going until you accumulate 2 minutes in this position🙌🏻 Video 2 - The arch hold: lie on your front, and lift your shoulders, arms and legs off the ground. Squeeze your glutes and face the floor to avoid straining your neck. Again accumulate 2 minutes in this position - completing 3 burpees very time you rest 👍
