Its high water content, and crispness makes it refreshing and tasty.... 🌟 It is also high in important nutrients vitamin K, A and C and folate along with potassium and manganese 👌 🌟 Its low in calories, so eat as much as you like 😉 🌟 And surprising versatile! I also love it as an alternative taco 'shell' or wrap 🌮🌯
