A sinus monster visited my boys a week ago, and what is left is a persistent wet cough. This blend applied topically as often as possible through the day has been easing the cough, and breaking up the stubborn mucus that is hanging on.
I am using a different trio of oils for nighttime, I will post about it tomorrow.
Instead of making a roller, I prefer to use 2 diluted drops each oil and massage in well chest and back. Who doesn’t enjoy a massage when they aren’t feeling their best? I enjoy it because it’s a few minutes of quiet connection and it relaxes them tremendously, especially after a tiring day at school.
Lemon cleanses and helps to ease any lingering congestion.
Eucalyptus works as an expectorant, so will loosen and expel mucus.
Ginger is a warming oil, which is useful in eliminating mucus.
You can also make a roller which definitely makes applying faster. I would use equal number of drops, fill remainder with fco.

On a cold winter morning in 1946 “after going out to do the chores, Gilbert came running back to the house saying that he had a new baby lamb. He came in a few minutes later and announced twins! After he had eaten his breakfast he went out again, and in a while he returned once more, this time with the announcement that the old ewe had just given birth to her third one!
Oh, all the worries we had over those triplets. On Monday when they were just two days old, Gilbert came home from school for lunch, and could only find two of them. He was almost in tears. His mother went out with him to look around the corral to find the third one. There it was, fallen in the snow behind the barn shivering cold. They took the poor little thing in the house and rubbed it with rags and old blankets, and tried to get it to take some warm milk. Finally when Gilbert’s father came home he succeeded in getting the little thing to get some sucking action, and it was saved.
The weather became stormy and so he had to bring the little black rascals in the house at night. He put them in a big paste board box in his room upstairs and then took them out to the mother in the morning. Two or three times in the middle of the night, the family would be awakened by little footsteps and bleating, and twice they fell down the stairs. It didn’t seem to hurt them in the least.” Excerpt from grandma Yardley’s tales of dad.

Beautiful doll legs. 💕
Our 4 boys head off to freezer camp in the morning. I'm excited, ready, and a little sad. To say I respect these guys is an understatement. Appreciation of what we do, and knowing that they lived a life FAR better than the majority of the beef cows out there gives me a lot of pride. I love your face, Stroganoff! 💕
A very productive pinecone weekend! Here are a few of the treasures revealed after cutting, sanding, sealing and polishing. I don't have the extra time to set up an online store for the holidays this year, maybe next. I will however set a few aside for those who want one but can't make it to wine country in person to get one. Message me your address and email and which ones you want.
I'm a working mom and not Amazon prime. There is no two day shipping here, you'll be lucky of you get it before Christmas! lol :) Just kidding, they will be sent USPS priority but I'll need a day or two to get to the post office so let's just say a week after you order you'll have it.
Spooky time is near... we all have special goblins and princesses that need special treats. These are the cutest wrappers for a full size Hersey bar... originally they where done on a FB live video a couple weeks ago. (Link in the bio to my FB page). The wrappers are something that can be done for ANY occasion and basically any type of candy bar...just change up the paper. .

Never miss a Monday!
What life enhancing action are you taking today?
I used to hate Monday’s. HATE Monday’s. Now I must say they are one of my favorite days. New week. New goals. New connections. New opportunities.
I love connecting with others with similar goals. I love planning out my week and figuring out what action steps I need to take in order for me to level up even MORE.
Who doesn’t want MORE? I was so tired of sitting on the sidelines and watching everyone else live their dream life while I sat here and complained about mine.
I went ALL in. Health, fitness, happiness, business, family, parenting, spirituality. Give me all the teachers. All the trainings. I want all the things. I want to become the very best person I can be so I can influence others that change is possible.
This past weekend I had 2 incredible web calls with 2 incredible groups of women. It’s meet ups like these that keep me inspired and driven. It’s women like them who keep pushing me to be better, no excuses. I love each and every one of them for showing up and working in becoming better than they were yesterday.
BADASSES have grit. Integrity. Determination. Drive. Motivated and inspired. Love a good challenge and have a passion for helping others.
