I have def had a cheese craving and Im not even going to complain about it 🧀
It’s hard to make changes. I get it. 💁🏼♀️ It’s hard to commit to going to the gym 🏋🏼♀️... it’s hard to make better nutrition choices 🥗... it’s hard to quit your sugary drinks🥤 ... its hard to start a new routine🗓 ... it’s hard to do anything worth working for.
It just is.
You know what’s NOT hard??
Drinking this pink drink that makes my body work more efficiently, crave things that are good for me and feel so much better every day. The cool thing is that making a small change in ONE area and seeing success there gives you courage to go for even bigger health goals and you may even find yourself having self control to make those better choices or energy to go out and get some exercise. Just start somewhere!
You can keep thinking “I really should do something about my health,” or you. can. actually. do. something (for less than 3 dollars a day!) (And just a reminder eating healthy and exercise is great and so, so important - but if you’re already doing this and still feeling crummy, there’s a reason - you can’t get rid of yeast overgrowth by those tools alone!)

I don't label food. This caramel frap is not unhealthy or doesn't fit into my "diet". I am following life, which means that I have to fuel my body and my mind. And sometimes that fuel comes from of a delicious and amazing caramel frap. I also get my fuel from a salad bowl. That is called #balance
☯️ It's okay to indulge in all kinds of food once in a while. I do it, and most of the people here on Instagram who only post their super healthy food, do the same.
What most people still need to experience is, that everything in life is balance and eating can be effortless, and simple... If you don't make it complicated yourself. "Just stop" obsessing over one Frappuccino or a piece of cake. Indulge, enjoy, and be grateful for yummy food that you like and then move on. Don't think in a day, think in a whole week. How much of your food in that week was nutrient dense and how much of it was pure carbs or sugar or processed food? 🤔 One frap won't kill you!
If you don't restrict food at all, you will not only have more energy to invest in other things in your life, but you will get rid of so many emotions that are attached to food. "Should I eat this? Now I ate it, but it's so unhealthy and now I feel guilty. Now I feel the pressure to go workout. Now I suddenly look fat I the mirror" - seems familiar?

•Harina🍚 (16 cucharadas)
•Azúcar🥣 (8 cucharadas)
•Manteca 🥄( 1 cucharada grande)
• 2 huevos🥚
•5-6 Manzanas (peladas y ralladas)🍎
✔Mezclar todo (menos las manzanas) y preparar la asadera con aceite, poner la mitad de la mezcla y darle forma para que sea el piso de nuestra torta, colocar las manzanas y luego ponerle la última capa de la mezcla que tenemos preparada para crear la "tapa".
Meter a horno precalentados 180 grados y hasta que esté dorado y listo😋

•Fluor (16 tbsp) 🍚
•Sugar (8 tbsp) 🥣
•Butter (1 tbsp) 🥄
•2 eggs 🥚
•5 or 6 apples (peeled and grated) 🍎
Mix all the ingredients (minus the apples) and place half of it on a greased baking tray, then put the grated apples and lastly, cover with the other half of your crumble mix. Put on a preheated oven at 180 Celsius until its golden 😋

Here’s a story only a foodie will understand.
So it’s nearly midnight and I have this really bad craving for some cheesecake. So we book cab and cancel it 4 times because it takes more than 20 mins for pickup. Finally we get a cab 2 mins away.

hopping it’s not closed 🤞.
And I get to make the last order for the day!

Let’s talk for a minute about why diets don’t work. I have been on a “diet” for the last few days, but it’s not what you think. You see, even though I’m smiling right now, I had oral surgery on Friday morning. I’ve been having to subsist on a diet of soft foods because of that. Right now, I’m both full AND hungry. I’m physically satiated but I’m just not satisfied. The thing is, I’ve been eating delicious soft foods that I love, but the fact that I can only choose from a reduced list is making me yearn for things I can’t have. So, I feel dissatisfied with what I do have, even though it’s usually delicious and satisfying.😩 ⠀
It is no different when you go on a weight loss “diet.” You know the feeling, we’ve all embarked on SOME type of “let me try this diet” situation. Maybe at the end of the first day or even at the end of the first sad salad, you just don’t feel satisfied. Or maybe you get mad cravings because you’ve reduced your food choices so much that your body isn’t getting what it needs. Or maybe there’s so much negative talk (can’t have this, can’t have that) that you want to dive into some chocolate to up your serotonin and feel good again.🍫 ⠀
Diets don’t work because they’re not sustainable for your overall wellbeing. Not just your physical health, but your mental and emotional health as well. If you are eating “healthy” food all the time but you’re not happy with what you are “allowed” to eat, you’re not going to feel well. Just like I don’t right now.⠀ ⠀

I’ve been eating today. The entire day 😂 My body was seriously needing LOTS of food... I started with a pancake covered with fruits, less than one hour later I had some bread with nuts and raisins in it, I think one hour later I had a bar made from dates, coconut and cashews, than a rice cracker with chocolate paste, than came lunch with an entire container of high protein soy yoghurt, with an apple and lots of muesli, a little later a whole wheat triangle bread with salted vegan butter and an entire avocado, an hour or two later one banana, and now, I was craving for some veggies, so I ate an entire bag of spinach with lots of mushrooms, chili pepper, cashews, garlic and tahini. What shall I eat next? 🤔😂.
