😮 Confession time!!! I've been on the struggle bus lately. The last week has been completely out of routine! I've missed 2 workouts, I've been eating more junk 🍫 than I normally do, I fell asleep before dinner on Saturday AND Sunday! 😴 .
Soccer started back up last week, which automatically means late night workouts for me on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There were errands for basketball shoes and birthday gifts and helping out family members. .
The super late nights and early (long!) days have started to catch up to me! I woke up today with a sore throat and stuffy nose 😷 zero energy! .
Jaxon JUST fell asleep at 9:45pm and I haven't eaten dinner yet. So, tonight I'm going to listen to my body instead of pushing it. I'm going to eat and then get my butt into bed early!!! My workout can wait until tomorrow...because you can't run if you don't rest! .
My kids need me on my A-game! So, I take care of me first so I can take care of them best! Sometimes that's crushing my workout and sometimes it's slowing down and listening to what my body needs...which is lots of sleep! ✌😴

🙈🤭 don’t ask 🤓 sometimes when I have a revolution in my head and too many plans slow down instead of moving along because ... whatever. they just don’t line up immediately ... This time around I was craving cinnamon buns for a while ... wanted a health(-ier) version ... this one isn’t Ayurvedic but it is vegetarian (no egg).
