Wellness is being in good physical and mental health. Because mental health and physical health are linked, problems in one area can impact the other. At the same time, improving your physical health can also benefit your mental health, and vice versa. It is important to make healthy choices for both your physical and mental well-being. Wellness is not the absence of illness or stress. -
Strive for wellness even if you are experiencing many challenges in your life. It will be easier to overcome it. -

Mental health is soo important. And in my opinion just as important in not more than physical health.
Being a psychology student, I know how important mental health is, its impact on lives and its really scary side effects.
Children, adolescents, adults and senior citizens all experience mental health issues and that is totally normal, what isn’t normal is shaming someone for having disorders like depression or anxiety. If we won’t shame people for a broken arm or cancer, how can we shame people for mental health issues. We need to help these people fight their own secret battles. We need to create an atmosphere where they can come up and seek help. .
With all the rush of moving to London, leaving my family and settling down to uni life, I totally lost track of time and had no time to post at all -
London has literally taken my breath away with its multi-lingual, multi-cultural beauty and its sense of diversity and inclusion.
Spending a week and more here has literally shown me how open people are and how beautiful diversity and acceptance is.
Cultural and religious differences is celebrated and held in esteem over here.
The city heralds an example of tolerance and love. .

Visited Shezan Restaurant in Knightsbridge yesterday for some Pakistani food. Technically it was a day before my father left the UK and we had been here for 14 days now and sorely missed our typical spicy desi food.
So since we were in the area we decided to try it out.
The food was good. We enjoyed it Alhamdullilah but what caught me attention was the interior decor.
The restaurant had a mixed design. It was heavily filled with showpiece and accessories. And gave off a very strange yet peculiar Pakistani and Chinese vibes.
I actually felt homesick as it made me remember those ancient restaurants in Karachi that offered desi Chinese food.
