👅Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta👅

Carb-load Monday 🙋♀️ Nothing beats a gigantic bowl of carby creamy goodness after a busy day at work! FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️
🔸️Chop 4 chicken breasts into chunks and cook in @frylight.
🔸️Add 2 red onions diced, along with some garlic.
🔸️Next add some Cajun spice (however much you like) and 400ml chicken stock. Cook on high until it's reduced by half.
🔸️Add 5 light laughing cow triangles (HexA) and stir until they've melted.
🔸️Once ready, take off the heat and stir through a few tbs of fat free fromage frais.
Meanwhile I cooked some penne pasta according to packet instructions, drained and added to the cajun chicken and mixed well.
Sprinkled with a little chilli flakes on top 😋
The cajun chicken freezes great so I always make sure to have a batch in my freezer so it's extra quick & easy to throw together!
