pasta during my recent Wegman’s adventure (can you tell I’m a newbie there) and I’m not usually a fan of 100% corn pasta but these were really good!
I cooked chicken breast with garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, onion powder and garlic salt.
I sautéed garlic, and the mushrooms, once the mushrooms were sautéed I added a tiny bit of butter to the pan and some frozen peas sautéed that for about three minutes and added heavy cream. I let that reduce and added some fresh shaved Parmesan/Asiago cheese.
The chicken wasn’t even necessary for this dish so you could skip that to make this dish #vegetarian
This is always one of my go to quick dinners when I’m starving and have a big appetite🤤
