10 High Box Jumps @ 42”/36”
Rest 2:00 between rounds
The focus here is on the chest-to-bar pull-ups and the high box jumps. We want to do high quality reps each round, so feel free to slow your pace and break them reps into smaller sets. That way we can avoid sloppy reps, which create bad habits later on. Work smart today, there’s plenty of other time to work hard.
