“Finger/Grip Strength”⁣ ⁣ Most people don’t think about grip or finger strength until after they’ve failed their lift or had to drop down from the pull up bar. Typical strength training programs will only develop your grip strength to a certain point before more must me done to see a change. Barbells, kettlebells, and rings are all great tools to help develop grip strength, but they are also designed to be easy to hold. If you don’t challenge yourself to mix things up and get uncomfortable, you will ultimately see your training stall. ⁣ ⁣ The first picture is of me performing a frog stand on my fingers. This is something I have been working on for a while and can now comfortably hold in that position. ⁣ ⁣ The next two videos are some of my favorite finger specific training exercises. They can both be scaled back by performing them from your knees, and taken a step further back by simply performing them as static holds.
