“My whole life I’ve been more of an arts kid. Choir, band, marching band, theater, etc. I come a from a family of athletes and the closest I ever got to being an athlete was playing 5-year-old soccer where I chose to be goalie so I could sit down when the ball was on the other side of the field. 2.5 years ago two of my coworkers convinced my to try CrossFit and it changed me forever. It has pushed me to do things I never even dreamed of. It has taught me to love my body because even though it doesn’t look like I want it to, it is a machine that allows me to reach goals and live my life. In July I got married to Kyle and promised him forever. Thanks to CrossFit I know forever will be much longer now that we get healthy together. “ @fullyloadedmagg

This summer heat has me questioning why I pay so much money for crossfit when it’s 112 degrees outside, really freakin humid & this warehouse has no air conditioning 👸🏼💦
To anyone who owns a pet, you know that they are so much more that a four legged animal. They are your constant companion, your happiness after a long day, your warmth on a cold night and most importantly your best friend. Blue and I were sidekicks for almost 12 years. I was blessed these past 5 years to be able take him to work everyday. Over that time a bond that was already strong become unbreakable. I am so thankful that he was able to be around so many amazing people. People who accepted him even though he is considered by some to be a dangerous breed. To anyone who gave him a treat, pet his head, let him lay all over you and let him give you a big kiss...I say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤

I’ve typed out this about 15 times scared about what people will say when seeing this. Trust me, as much as other people will pick at this. I’m sure I have, and will continue to pick out all the good and bad things about this photo. But putting that aside. I worked my butt off to get here. Back in October I had knee surgery and really didn’t do anything up until January came around and I decided it was enough. It may just be the beginning and I’m no where near where I want to be. So far though, I wake up and show up everyday and it’s paid off.

I’ve been puttin’ in work nutrition wise, & although it’s only been 3 weeks, I see a change in my body comp.. actually eating the right amount of calories (which I had to up 500+) and correct macro % for specific days has helped a ton. I’m in the gym consistently, 4-5x a week... I’m recovering better from those gnarly gym program days. Aside from eating right thanks to a friend recommending @macrostax

Literally had the worst evening ever, got a puncture that can’t be repaired so needs a new tyre, and couldn’t make it to the gym because of it...
But arrived home to this beauty!
Never thought I would feel this way about a piece of Lycra but I am NEVER taking it off!
I apologise to anyone I laughed at for constantly training in a singlet, because I fully understand now. This is part of my skin now. (Do you think I could wear it to work?)
Safe to say my evening is looking up 👍🏼💪🏼🙌🏼
