After spending some quality time with my family, I had my first cruise experience on the inaugural sail of @officialsymphonyoftheseas
While walking on South Beach We caught our first glimpse of the ship during a test sail, and the magnitude of the vessel made the nearby buildings look tiny in comparison. I’m not going to lie, I freaked out a little as the ship is 5x the size of the Titanic, and on top of that, I suffer from horrible motion sickness.
Thankfully my excitement overcame my senseless fear and it turned out that the ship was incredibly smooth, even to the point of taking off my Sea-Bands after the first day. All in all, the Symphony of the Seas is a floating city fully loaded with everything you could think of and then some. I had to constantly remind myself that we were on a moving ship! For my very first cruise, @royalcaribbean
set one hell of a bar, I’m not sure if any other cruise will measure up. 📷 @asianmapleleaf #SymphonyOfTheSeas #RoyalCaribbean #1stCruise #IGLTA #Miami
