it’s amazing how one day you can feel energized and in complete control of your body, and the next day you can feel completely wiped out and not know what your body is up to. Last week i was hit with some heavy pain (i thought it was cramping at first), and was also diagnosed with PCOS. (still not sure what the pain is from, getting two ultra sounds later this week). it has been such a weird week. at first i was upset with my body and fell victim to my own pity party. i cried and felt powerless not knowing what my body was doing. after a few days i realized all i could do was wait instead of worry. im still waiting for my results, but i’m ready to kick whatever this is in the ass and get back to my routine. all i can say is THANK YOU to anyone who helped get me through this week. from my friends, family, and even coworkers. thank you for being strong for me when i felt weak and exhausted with pain. my support system is everything and i’m so grateful for all the love 💙

Hellooooo transformation Tuesday 🙌🏻🌻 Can I just say how thankful I am for this transformation!? Not only was I the closest I’ve ever been to 300lbs on the left but I was ALWAYS sick and hurting.. around this time I had spent 2 weeks in the hospital because of my hip trying to dislocate itself and even though I knew something had to change, I continued what I was doing. Now!!! That picture on the right was just last week, 243lbs which is like -45lbs down from my highest weight ever, (-35 from when I started this journey) happy, stronger every single day, focused and determined! We love to walk with our pup 🐶walking daily is a habit we began right before I started my fit journey. It’s my daily movement minimum and great for me to think ⚡️honestly though we initially became consistent because of the Cachi pup. He loves to walk and we couldn’t let him down by missing a day. . Getting consistent with walking was a great starting point- from there I have learned to approach my workouts with the same consistency. It’s VERY helpful to have a bigger reason than yourself to help with you following through—aka accountability👊🏼 . The key for me was to start small and work in layers. Do a little bit each day and over time that builds momentum which for me is wayyyy more important that motivation! . I wanna know- do you take frequent walks??

Morning motivation ☀️☀️ Via: @cutspluscurves “For the last 2 months I have been on a mission to grow (add more muscle) to my lower half while keeping my waist at 25 inches. Of course this also included eating above maintenance. So I calculated my macros, made a meal plan and created a strength training program and went to work 💪🏽 it’s working and it helps that I’ve been very consistent. In the last 8 weeks my hips grew 2 inches. My quads 1.5 inches. Bottom of butt- 2 inches. Middle 2 inches and top 3 inches 😱✅💪🏽 Waist size never increased through any of this. It’s still at 25” This is considered with a mini bulk. Today’s movement was leg day! I didn’t budget enough time earlier to get it all done at once but I figured something would be better than nothing and worked it out 👊🏼 . I made sure to share this in my community to remind us all that it’s easy to get caught up with doing things “just right” (AKA perfection) . I know for me that I spent so long waiting to get consistent with adding in daily movement because it had to be perfect- or “the right way”. I think it is this way in ALL areas of my life... even when I really committed to my fit journey I struggled with this- and it led to my inconsistency. . Same thing would happen with performance anxiety, and for sure when I am writing posts. I will tell you that it is SO much better now but I keep finding its presence in other areas of my life. . Instead of just bailing on my time to take care of my body through movement I did what I had enough time to do and gave it my all!✌🏼 . Anyone else a perfectionist? I know I’m not alone 💕🦄⚡️
