Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council has said that as per the directives of The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, customer service centers in Dubai should work to provide an exceptionally high quality of service.
His Highness’ remarks came as he unveiled a 5-Star plaque at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) centre located at the Hatta Border Crossing Point.
The centre is among the second set of Dubai Government Customer Happiness Centres to be rated under the Star Rating programme. Sheikh Hamdan was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Executive Council of Dubai Abdulla Al Basti.
Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor welcomed Sheikh Hamdan at the centre. "Customer happiness is the key driver of the development of government services, and a key aspect of ensuring the alignment of our services with the vision and aspirations of the leadership and the community to improve government services through innovation," Sheikh Hamdan said.
