We're getting there. Right now I'm eating 2700 calories a day. I do 35-40 minutes of steady state cardio in the morning and about an hour and a half of traditional bodybuilding training in the afternoon. My current weight is 218 lbs.
Today though, I feel an epic cheat meal coming my way. 😲🥞🍕🍔🥓🥪🌯🍨🎂
