👉🏻 If you’re without a wall ball, do DB Thrusters .
👉🏻 If you don’t have a bike, you could row, run, or jump rope. Just do :90 of cardio in place of the bike

👉🏻 Try to do the reps in each movement unbroken; so all 15 deadlifts without setting the bar down. This really cranks up the intensity of the workout .
👉🏻 I used 95lbs for the DL, a 10lb ball, and finished in 23:10

Is Decline Bench Press Worth Doing?
Full disclosure, it’s been a looooong time since I can remember doing any decline bench. Not only do most gyms these days not even have the set up, I’ve always heard about how ineffective it is in terms of overall chest development.
That is until recently when I came across 2 studies conducted on the effectiveness of all 3 different bench press angles (flat, incline, and decline).
Both studies concluded that not only was decline bench better for targeting the bottom portion of the chest than an incline bench angle (which is to be expected), the decline was also pretty much JUST AS EFFECTIVE at targeting the UPPER chest as the incline bench!
That’s right! According to these studies, the decline bench press is superior to the beloved incline bench when it comes to working the entire pec. 🤯
If your gym doesn’t have a decline bench, I’d recommend substituting with weighted dips at a slightly forward angle to get a similar effect.
