is winning. They paired their soft shell crab with pears and ramps (which are only available two weeks in the summer! So sad because I love them. They smell so earthy!), cured ham, and sauce gribiche. Bet you haven’t had a dish with soft shell crab like this yet 😜 @lecomptoirduvin
