The thirth week of December ‘17, was after all one of the most important week of my entire life.. . It is unbelievable. A pen and a notebook.. This two things improved my life in such a way you may won’t believe it.. But it did. . I’ll explain.. . Are you.. . Ready? . Beautiful, okay! . My first opinion was: “In God’s Name, how can this improve my life? It sound so easy, I can’t believe it.” Yet, I tried it out. You can compare it with a child who is practising for the first time ever riding a bicycle, unless.. I did not had that feeling of excitement. I was skeptical.. . A few days went by and the truth is the truth, it was harder than I thought it would be. Every single day writing down my: . Planning.. . Goals.. . Morning routine.. . What I am grateful for.. . Yet, the most unexpected thing happend. It changed my life. . I am not going to say “Oh this is my secret to live a happy and succesful life” NO. . TIPS: 1. Plan out tomorrow today. - I would recommend in the evening before you are going to sleep. 2. Do it specific. - What I do, is working with the two minute rule. Basically it means that whatever you can do and take less then two minutes.. just do it right away. You feel way more productive afterwards! 3. Timeboxing. - Write down your planning in mins, not in hours. The brain loves structure! 4. What need to get done list: Know beforehand what you really want to achieve that day. Example: If you have an exam within two/three days, make it a priority to spend the most of your available time studying. 5. Work smart, not hard. - This is what I am still learning every single day.. but I am improving. What’s helping me so much is that I know what kind of person I am. Like, I am a morning person: my most productive hours (Get Things Done) is between 5-12AM. More often than not the tasks I’ve wrote down on my What need to get done list is what I’ll be working on between 5-12am. 6. THIS IS A HUGE ONE - Morning Routine. I will dedicate a whole IG story series about my own morning routine (IN DETAIL) and I’ll explain why this is so important! . Would you try it out? Let’s network in the comments beautiful people!💙
This Facebook post really hit home for me! It made me realize how much people can do to be a really happy person, but will make excuses why they can’t do these things, which result to not being healthy, unmotivated, not having the time, and just these 3 things causes unhappiness. Get up everyday with a burst of energy (even if you’re not the morning person) and attack everything with the passion and desire to do the impossible! Have great posture and tone of voice to express your energy to others, so not only you believe, but they’ll believe as well! Go to the gym bright an early and eat really good to have a healthy metabolism for the day!
