His Daily Mentoring, short inspirational videos, are part of my routine. Interestingly enough his daily posts expire after 72 hours. This is because he believes success is a daily habit, (I do too) a morning ritual to help you jump start your day. It’s purpose is to give you ONE idea, insight or resource (in under 5 minutes) you can use that day to level up your success.

If you want to feel good all the way down to your bones, then you need to take care of, well, your bones. That's where sesame seeds come in. - Body positivity is NOT contingent on being thin. But search 'body positive' and you're sure to find a 'before and after' photo about how that individual is happier, healthier and more confident after they have lost weight - often through a restrictive regime, if you read the fine print! Please remember that you don’t have to CHANGE to feel those effects. .
The journey to health and confidence does not involve restricting your diet and obsessive exercise. That's diet culture talking… It actually involves learning to appreciate ALL bodies - whether they be large, short, soft, muscular or small.
Its about creating a safe and compassionate relationship with your body, and recognising that even if you don’t love everything about yourself, you can still accept and appreciate your body for everything else it is doing to keep you alive and well. This leads to looking after your body in the way it deserves. And this journey is where we come in… .
But its also important to have compassion towards those confused about body positivity, like in some of these transformation pics. Its not their fault. They may not even realise how their own weight bias, internalised social expectations and fears have contributed to their journey. That's okay - they are on their own journey. Remember, that it doesn't need to change yours.
