"November's Best You Challenge: 20 Minute Walk"
Queens, I am 6-0 on our #BestYouChallenges
. I am drinking water every day, I am power posing, meditating, journaling, still completing my morning routine, and now I am adding #DancingItOut
to the mix. If you, too, have made all of these good habits apart of your daily life and routine, than you spend at least 40 minutes each day loving and caring for yourself. This month, I'm asking you to add 20 minutes more to that time of self care and take a walk outside!
We are ending the year with physical challenges just because the end of the year is when we tend to risk it all for delicious food, lounging around with our boos and family, and all the cakes, pies, and cookies we can eat.
The challenge will begin on November 10th. On that day, I will repost this graphic. To join the challenge, comment "I'm In" on that post on Instagram. Then make sure you check back in weekly for accountability and the chance to win free giveaways!
