Today was a tough day. There is a work opportunity that I made me excited but now I'm not sure it aligns with my values. With time being my most limited resource I'm thinking about how to gracefully decline.
I was feeling rather sad when one of my coaching clients surprised me with some chocolate! And not just ANY chocolate, but small-batch, dairy-free DARK chocolate. I was so touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness.
I find that I'm often the one remembering which chocolate to bring co-workers or remembering whose kids are heading to college. When someone this for me it just makes me grateful for others, especially when they give me a pick-me-up even though they didn't know it!

-coconut oil -pure dark cocoa powder -maple syrup (I’ll show a video of how to make it soon! It’s to die for without the guilt when you’re having those monthly chocolate cravings 😉)
