Sometime you just want a simple dish as a weekday meal, or an easy veggie dish for dinner parties, without compromising flavors and nutrition value, I’ve found that @lkkusa
Oyster Sauce serves the purpose really well in these scenarios. I made this dish last night with just 5 ingredients: Chinese long green beans (can be substituted with regular green beans), green onion, grape seed oil, LKK oyster sauce, and Thai chili peppers. Swipe left to see all ingredients and process. It was super easy and satisfying, according to my guests. :) Happy Sunday and Full Moon 🌕 ——————————————————
Mr. Lee Kum Sheung, the founder of LKK, discovered the flavor of the oyster sauce
coincidentally by overcooking oyster soup. He made it into a product, and it became
popular worldwide, for more than a century! I always find this type of stories fascinating and intriguing, how food recipes stand through history and time, without getting lost or changed drastically. It’s the consistency of high quality that makes an extraordinary legend.
