Regrouping and prioritizing my eating habits. I've found myself slipping back into old habits.🙈 I feel so much better when I'm completely on board with the Trim Healthy Mama plan. My kiddos and the hubby are begging me to get us ALL back on track. We are a busy bunch...there's 8 of us plus 3 dogs❤️. We need to get our eating game back on point.😍😍 So here's to a fresh start...pineapple kefir smoothie. It reminds me of a dole whip! 😍

This lecture kinda blew my mind! Acidic water???? Isn't water just water?? I guess not. So 7 is neutral PH and that's where we want to be, or higher. The reds and yellows are more ACIDIC which is very bad for body and teeef! Look at Dasani!!! Sorry #Dasani ain't buying your water anymore! I love #LaCroix ! A friend of mine really likes this⬇️other flavored sparkling water. This is my first taste of #Dasani . Actually I really like it! The bubbles seem smoother if that makes sense. But I like that LaCroix has 0 sodium. Dasani has 35mg. I don’t know what they have sodium in their waters?? What is your favorite clean drink? Oh! Have you tried #Hint ? I love that stuff too. I have realized people do not pay attention to this matter and like most people nowadays, i would consume coffee☕ in the mornings and would carry my gallon of water to work everyday thinking i was totally fine! Until...i met Kangen water and here's why! 🤗
I always felt like i needed coffee to start my mornings☀️ but i would feel tired after a few hours and would make another cup of coffee just to feel the same a few hours later. 😒

If you have a cup of coffee before bed you might find it harder to sleep😴. You'll also experience deep sleep for shorter periods and have shorter dream periods, so that you feel less rested when you wake up. No wonder i always felt tired! 😣
So i started to give up Coffee and started drinking more bottled water/filtered water but it was always a struggle to slam down more than 1 gallon every day. 💦
I always felt bloated and didn't feel much energy after consuming bottled/filtered water. Everything has changed since drinking Kangen water and i'm blessed to share this water & information with all of you!
