3 hours doing chest, back and abs has killed me off but you always have time and energy to do some arms!
Back to the grind after a couple of unprecedented days off! This was the hardest 20mins ever!!! 😛💦 Just to update, my 30 day squat challenge unfortunately went out the window after day 17! Results from the 17 days: increased weight from my normal max of 50kgs to 65kgs! My previous pb was 62.5kgs! Its difficult to judge any growth in my legs as I also started comp prep at the beginning of April! I decided to do the challenge as I cut squats out my training a good few months ago (no specific reason just mixing up) they’re a big compound exercise and I thought it may help maintain my leg definition while cutting. It was definitely a challenge to get them in EVERYDAY, but every achievement counts! I’ll definitely try this again... maybe not next month!
